Booking conditions

In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number and date of validity.

In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation later than the cancellation conditions below, we will be forced to charge a cancellation fee of CZK 1.500 per person.

Confirmed electronic reservations can only be canceled by e-mail. Canceling a confirmed reservation via phone will not be accepted.

Up to 4 persons - 12 hours before reservation time

5 - 8 people - 24 hours before reservation time

9 persons and more - 48 hours before booking

For bookings of 7 or more persons pre-payment in amount of 1500 CZK per person will be done.

Exclusive reservation of the entire area of the terrace or restaurant - 7 days before the event

We do charge a 10% service charge, which is included in the final bill
