Booking conditions In order to guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number and date of validity. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation later than the cancellation conditions below, we will be forced to charge a cancellation fee of CZK 1.500 per person. Confirmed electronic reservations can only be canceled by e-mail. Canceling a confirmed reservation via phone will not be accepted. Up to 4 persons - 12 hours before reservation time 5 - 8 people - 24 hours before reservation time 9 persons and more - 48 hours before booking For bookings of 7 or more persons pre-payment in amount of 1500 CZK per person will be done. Exclusive reservation of the entire area of the terrace or restaurant - 7 days before the event Holiday Season Conditions For dinner reservations on December 24th and 25th, the full price of the degustation menu will be charged at the time of booking. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the confirmed and prepaid reservation, the payment is non-refundable. For New Year’s Eve, full prepayment is required by the hotel at the time of booking. Cancellation fee after December 1st: 50% of the total price. Cancellation fee after December 27th: 100% of the total price. We do charge a 10% service charge, which is included in the final bill
