Lukáš Hlaváček

Lukáš Hlaváček is an experienced young Executive Chef who gained his experience at several 1 & 2 Michelin star restaurants across the Great Britain. Especially in the 2-Michelin restaurant The Ledbury, which has been recognized as the best in the entire United Kingdom for many years. In the course of 3 years, he made it to the position of sous chef. His last experience abroad was at a 3 star Michelin Restaurant Meadowood, Napa Valley in the United States.

Upon his return to Czech Republic, Lukáš was appointed as an Executive Chef at luxury Prague Alcron Hotel. He was also featured at 30 under 30 talented professionals by Forbes magazine.

We are extremely thrilled having Lukáš Hlaváček in the Executive Chef position at Terasa U Zlaté studně where he has taken over after a well renowned Chef Pavel Sapík who decided after almost two decades to be fully commited to his family business.

Awards

Terasa U Zlaté studně has received many great awards - we have been recognized as one of the Best Restaurants in Czech Republic by TopLife Czech magazine and received the prestigious award of 3 Golden Lions for the past 5 consecutive years (2018-2022)

3 Golden Lions is a maximum rating any restaurant can be awarded and it is currently the only official culinary guide and assessment in the Czech Republic.
